Size 4 ¾- 5.  Rounded face tapered band 4.8mm, flaring to the hatched shoulders. Raised rounded square bezel cut with a diamond with median band on the hatched field, representing the Star of Bethlehem which at this time was depicted as a diamond shape based on the earlier star of Mars, Roman God of War. These rings were worn by Pilgrims to the Holy Land in the 9th century. Professionally refurbished with the silver surface restored. Jewelry gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
