Gilt bronze, over 1 1/4" (1.27”) height including the suspension loop. The beams of uniform width with the cross beam centered as with earliest examples. The back hollow for the inclusion of a holy relic like a hair of a saint or splinter of the cross. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored, on an 18” modern gilt Sterling silver neck chain. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
