17th-18th century, Russia/Ukraine. Gilt bronze, under 1 ½” (1.46”) in height. Elegant form raised edges and relief Corpus Christi. Expanded paneled top and bottom. The reverse is plain as with earliest examples. Surface lightly textured from burial. Professionally refurbished with the silver surface restored and on an 18” Sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear. Gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
