CIVIL WAR SOLDIER’S RING GETTYSBURG SIZE 13 ¼

Bronze, large size 13 ¼ with 4.2mm low rounded face band flared to the foliate decorated shoulders. Raised rectangular bezel for a monogram, but never engraved. Crisp with beautiful glossy deep green patina. Collected after the battle and held in a family collection until the 1960’s, when relic shacks popped up in response to increased tourist traffic. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
