Westward expansion following the Civil War. 1870s, Custer period. Iron, probably made from a wagon wheel tire. Native crafted with partially opened butted seam slightly conical socket. The point forged flat one side and slightly ridged the other with the edges stone sharpened. 3 3/8” length.
