4” width, tan trimmed red cotton with thick interior pad. The inside front with a pocket. Decorated throughout with thick beaded flowers which appear to be complete. This could be carried to accommodate a few coins or as storage for needles and a pin cousin when opened. It never was used for that last purpose. Minor wear and blemishes as expected. From an heirloom group with 1904 dated box, consistent with the age of this item. These were made by Indians in Ontario and west New York and sold, particularly at Niagara Falls.
