6 1/4“ length. Natural horn with low domed wood base secured with wood pegs. Elongated conical brass spout with ringed base secured with iron nails. That is an unusual feature, rarely seen and finely crafted. Great patina and character overall. Carried in the pouch to prime the pan of a flintlock as powder, finer than the charge, was needed to assure ignition.
