Peascod form with medial ridge and nicely flared skirt with rolled and roped edges. The neck and arms with broad sunk borders set with domed rivets. Rolled and roped edges. The right side pierced for a lance rest. Painted in antiquity with a red cross, probably indicative of the Knights Templar. Much original armor now “in the white” was originally painted as seen here. Good character.
