Bronze hilt patterned after the 1860 Staff & Field Officer’s sword with the SOV Mottoes and service men logo to the shell guard. 29 3/4” straight d.e. blade profusely decorated with patriotic, military and SV motifs. Plated scabbard with chased bronze mounts. Excellent with light wear and patina as expected. The Sons of Veterans are the successors to the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR).
