From a group of Saracen arrowheads from crusades battle sites from the Danube and the Levant through the Middle East to the Holy Land and appurtenant areas. They represent a significant proportion of the variations found throughout the vast territory and two century life of the Crusades. All are excavated and professionally conserved. Second half of the 13th century AD. 3 1/2" length. Elongated leaf shaped point, with cusped base and thickened armor piercing edges and point. Designed to penetrate leather, mail and breech scale armor.
