Forged iron, 4 ½” length with thick, tapered wedge section blade and tapered tang for a, probably cast bronze, grip. The blade base with an integral oval seat which would have covered the opened end of the grip. Excavated and professionally conserved with Plexiglas display easel and Certificate of Authenticity.
