Early 19th century. Crudely stitched lack leather bag with long flap suspended from a spliced leather waist belt adapted for this use. Domed bottom horn hung from the straps on forged iron eyes. Clearly made by an adventurer/frontier man without regard to aesthetics and using the materials at hand. Shows hard use and well worn as a result. Great character.
