Drum form, 3 1/4" length. Cylindrical body with side key hole and flattened shackle with hooked tip. Surface with stable heavy rust from burial but complete. The mechanism frozen. Vikings captured, sold and kept slaves. Portable locks such as this were used for the transport of slaves to market.
