Forged iron about 4” width. Comprised of a band, widened at the middle to mount three pointed spikes and with upturned scroll terminals for attaching leather laces. Worn under the boots (shoes) and attached to assure footing on icy surfaces, common to the mountains of Norway. Considerable original forged finish. The survival rate is very small and this is the first we have offered.
