Silvered bronze, over 1 1/8” in length (1.11”) and identical diameter. Bun form center flanked by concave bell form, all in one piece and cast hollow to minimize weight. Professionally refurbished with the silver overlay restored and jewelry gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity. Viking warriors wore large and elaborate neck decorations or pectorals similar to the Egyptian aegis. They were symmetrical, made of large and small elements combined with loops or rings. This would have been a major element of such a jewelry creation.
