C.1800-50. For Tango, no Sekku, celebrated on May 5 in the houses of warriors to recognize the progress of the boys in the family, as they grow into warriors, through skill, strength and mental training. Displays of pseudo weapons and armor were shown and honored. These arrows, each 15 3/4" long with clan markings and just remnants of fletching were part of such a display. Set of four.
