Gilt bronze, 7/8” total height. Tear drop form, curved section with the back hollow, perhaps for concealment of a hair or other relic as was the custom in the Gothic period. Surface textured from burial. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat surface restored and suspended from a modern gilt Sterling silver 18” neck chain.
