Left cuisse and knee cop comprising five plates to protect the right knee and thigh. Good quality with rolled and roped top edge with sunk border and line bordered articulated plates for the knee. 12" height. Glossy dark patina with scattered pitting and some lamination flaws. The side extension of the knee cop lacking. Doubly rare as armor for boys was made for noble owners and leg armor is the rarest among surviving 16th century armor.
