2700-2055 BC. Made from a single piece of amethyst. 1 9/16" height of faceted bulbous form with slightly flared neck. Bored with a single hole and not under cut as it was used by sticking the finger in to contact the pigment. That construction is typical, though these are far more commonly found of alabaster. Undamaged with expected surface degradation from time and burial.
