19th century. Size 8 3/4, "silver niello" as used throughout traditional Cossack dress for belts, buckles, cartridge tubes, etc. White metal/base silver, with elongated oval bezel over flared shoulder band. The bezel with niello surrounds to triple “stones”. Both shoulders decorated in chevrons. Excellent and wearable.
