Unique example of large proportions (24 1/4" length) and heavy. Hand forged and finely made with cylindrical grip and two blades of spear proportions. Each of a little different curvature, one medially ridged on both sides and the other, ridged one side. Both unusually curved at the 90° plane. A massive weapon, skillfully made for a warrior of exceptional stature. The grip undoubtedly would have been bound originally. Stone calls it a Rajput weapon, but illustrates one which he describes as Syrian, but in fact is Sudanese! This example seems more closely related to Chinese weapons.
