Thick triangular section forming an outer ridge. Varies, 2.8mm to 3.1mm in width. 0.54" outside diameter and 0.40" inside diameter. The use of beard rings by Vikings is well documented though very few genuine examples survive. Professionally refurbished for modern wear with the 24karat gold overlay restored.
