17th-early 18th century. 13 5/8” length with thickened armor piercing point on beveled edge medially ridged blade. Concave section tapered side guards and double swelled medial grips. Crisp condition-very unusual for these which are usually well worn and over cleaned. Some spotty staining and negligible pitting. Some evidence of patterning and likely watered steel throughout.
