Plated hilt with saddled back strap show very minor blemishes with plating intact. Silver wire wrapped composition grip, excellent. 33 ¾” curved s.e. blade with the maker's mark of E & F Horster. Plating complete with scattered very minor flecks. Iron scabbard with a considerable original black finish. The balance smooth. A large example in superior preservation.
