Style copied directly from the French Napoleonic pattern. 23 1/4" curved s.e. blade of plain wedge section marked CA at the forte. Smooth and crisp with mottled surface staining only. One piece brass hilt with ribbed grip and D form guard with down curved terminal. Original leather scabbard lacks the frog stud and tip mount, leather dry with some damage. Hilt excellent.
