Excellent plus throughout. Black iron scabbard with a couple superficial dents and lacking the throat ring mount. Serving Ludwig’s alliance with Austria in the 1866 War against Prussia which led to their defeat and compulsory alliance with Prussia against France in the Franco Prussian War.
