Particularly well-crafted example, somewhat more elaborate than most. Wood, 19 3/8" length. Thick head of waisted form. Tapered from the base to the cylindrical grip. Both sides with especially high medial and matching cross rib at the head base. Delicate hound's tooth chip carving throughout. Fine dark, mottled, glossy to semi glossy patina throughout. The wood of fine red/brown color.
