We're making it even easier to make payments on your orders and payments plans. You can now register online and make a payment with your credit or debit card at any time. This service is extended to our customers at no additional cost.
To register: visit www.faganarms.com/billing and click on the link at the bottom labeled Create a new account. The next screen will prompt you for your email address and then your desired password. After you've completed these steps, you will receive an email that will contain a link to confirm your email address. Clicking on this link will prompt you to enter your password. Upon correct password entry, your account will become active and you will be logged in.
To add a credit card to your account: click on My Payment Methods on the top of the page. Next, click on the Add New Card button. You’ll be prompted to enter your credit/debit card number, expiration date, and security code. Once you've entered these, click on the blue Add Card button and the page will reload and list the card you just added on the left.
To make a payment: if you’re not already viewing the list of orders, click on My Orders at the top of the page. From the list of orders, choose the order you would like a payment on by clicking View Invoice to the right of it. At the bottom right of the invoice, you’ll see a dropdown asking you to choose a card. Choose the card you would like to use. Next, enter the amount you would like to pay. Before you can submit your payment, you must check the box stating that you authorize us to charge the payment amount to your card. Once your payment successfully goes through, you will see it listed in the Pending Payments table in the center. These payments should post to your balance due within the next 1-2 business days.
If you’re missing an order, or do not have any orders showing up: invoices are linked to your account in our database by your email address. If we have a different email address on file for you for your order, or don't have one at all, it won't show up in your account. Simply give us a call at (586) 465-4637 or send an email to email@example.com and we can add all of your orders to your account. Please be sure to include the name and address associated with the order(s), as well as the email address you've registered online with.
