WASHINGTON STATE SECRET SOCIETY SWORD-Knights of the Ancient Essenic Order.

Just a handful of examples surviving as this secret organization was local in Washington state in the sparsely populated 1880s.  While the articles are published, much of the activities have never been recorded and likely will never be known.  The sword is finely made, patterned after the US 1860 Staff and field pattern with folding side guard and the symbols of the order including  EAKO initials, OMNE TRINUM PERFECTUM motto, star & crescent and crossed sword and trowel repeated throughout.  The quillon incorporates a whistle indicating its use by a ranking officer.  Just normal use indications throughout with good patina.  Only example we have ever encountered.
