Iron hilt with P form guard and saddled back strap. Wire wrapped black lacquered grip. 31 1/4 curved s.e. blade, unmarked. Original black lacquered scabbard with single suspension ring, shows about 95% finish with minor spotty rusting and few small dents. Blade and hilt slightly dulled with age and finest freckled surface in soft patina. Grip excellent..
