37 3/4 length with dark cane shaft and wood nock. Large brown fletching of the form shown on instruction manuals of the period, secured with black paper wrap. Matching black bands in the fletch area.. Fine togari form iron head with light surface patina only. Age darkened throughout, the fletching sound with a little deterioration of the adhesive. Exceptional proportions and perhaps deliberately darkened to travel clandestinely in overcast conditions.
