Silvered bronze, worn in numbers on the surface of the jerkin, to provide a measure of protection against sword cuts and, in fact, were a form of armor. Circular, just over 7/8” diameter (0.83”) with flat back and rounded face segmented in large roped motifs. The surface textured and worn from burial.
