19th century. White metal pommel and scabbard, both decorated in relief scrolling and stylized floral motifs. The pommel front pierced as well. Fine twisted wire wrapped ribbed and waisted grip. 9 5/8” thick wedge section blade with narrow fuller, and original light tool finish. Good old example of larger than usual proportions.
