Elaborately shaped iron hilt with cross form pommel and monster form quillon terminals. This example with silver decoration to the front including a face at the cross center. The silver worn and the pommel with a dent. At least one reference states that these are made with undecorated hilts and we found no others with decoration, further distinguishing this example.
