35 1/2" overall, wood shaft and grip, wrapped in segments of natural birch bark to simulate a birch branch. Brass locking ferrule, concealed 16 3/4" single-edged. wedge section blade. Blade bright in heavy original preservative. Mount with surface oxidation. Few small losses to the bark, but substantially complete with fine glossy patina.
