23 ¼” slightly curved blade with broad fuller and very narrow back fuller. The forte overlaid in silver each side with two warriors engaged in sword fighting, flanked by foliate panels. The ricasso with a Burmese inscription in silver. All silver virtually 100% intact and bright. The blade crisp with tool polish to the edges. Black horn grip and wood scabbard, both with matching white metal (zinc, tin or alloy) mounts chased in high relief with foliate and feather motifs. Good quality and excellent preservation.
