Warring States Period. One piece bronze, just under 18” total length. Tapered diamond section blade with integral cylindrical grip with double medial swells and dished pommel. Green encrustation with the imprint of the scabbard edges and a small piece of the scabbard mount adhering to one side. The seven warring states’ battle for power ended in 221 with victory by the Qin state and the unification which followed.
