4 1/2” (4.45”) total length (for reference, my size 11 shoe is 12 1/4” long). 19th-early 20th century. Good quality with silk uppers hand embroidered in foliage and butterflies. Puckered tips and built up stiff soles with high step heels. Sound with slight wear, and fading only. The bottoms show essentially no wear as they were not for walking since the owners were virtually crippled.
