Baluster form with thumb rest handle. The certifications indicate its use in a pub where it was certified accurate yearly. The gill is 5 imperial ounces and this measure was for spirits (liquor). Sound with good patina and small blemishes from commercial use. Perhaps spottable in some old English movies, as many of his prop items are. Charming.
