20 5/8” length with long tapered horn shaft. The top carved as a rhinoceros (?) dehorned, on base. The top and shaft with bone ring at the junction. Based on the figure and the fact that the shaft is solid, whereas cow horn is hollow, it appears that the horn used is rhinoceros. Origin unknown. Possibly made in Africa for a colonial settler.  No foreign or NJ, NY, CA, WA, HI, OR, or Washington DC sales.
