Balkan 18th-19th century. 4 ¼” length with natural goat (?) horn body. The face inlaid with pattern of silver dots in circles among five mother of pearl inlays surrounded by twisted wire circles. Brass spout with screw off stopper, evidently European made. The horn base with threaded bone plug for filling. Decorative work as found on Turkish weapons including the short blunderbuss pistols.
