This example, probably late 19th century, Victorian. Four bar hilt, the right side with medially expanded bars and the left of four conjoined bars, both with swept bars connecting to the knuckle bow. Straight cross guard and scalloped section pommel. Good wire wrapped grip. 39 ½” straight diamond section blade with rectangular ricasso outside the guard and tapered tang within. the forte with medial fuller.
