Fine Victorian halberd head with pierced axe blade and back spike, and diamond section for spike. Square section socket. Plated with some scattered rust speckles showing through. Damaged, in two pieces, with four short segments of the pierced axe blade totaling about 1 ¼” (1.28”) total, broken. Can be repaired by welding and mounted on a new haft making a complete halberd. A little work which would bring a fine result.
