6 1/4" x 1 3/8". Dark brown/purple with coarse warp, 22 to the inch. Lighter weft, producing an almost corduroy type surface. The banded decoration in a stylized interlocking pattern similar to the Greek key, is embroidered over the top rather than woven in. Sound and substantially complete.
