Sir John Oglander Kn (knight). 4 ¾” x 7 ¼” original 1781 lithograph of one of the most influential royalists of the English Civil Wars. Deputy Governor of the Isle of Wight, he was twice arrested by Parliamentarians in 1645. This lithograph by Richard Godfrey, 1781, an identical example of which is used to illustrate the Wikipedia entry on Oglander.
