The Viking period through early Crusades. Bronze, size 4 ¾ for wear on the small finger as was the custom. Rounded face 3.0mm width band. The shoulders are slightly flared and ridged. The oval bezel radially incised on the underside. The top is hand engraved with a four-point Star of Bethlehem on stipple field. See Ancient Rings, Pollio, p.103.
