Iconic form as found in England in the pre-Viking and Early Viking period. Size 9 3/4 with 1.5mm rounded face band. Broad flat bezel with a cluster of dots. See Ancient Rings, Pollio, p.42, lower left for a near-identical example. The arrangement of the circles is near-symmetrical with a single dot out of place. The skill required to produce the rings belies the concept that the spacing is random, though its significance, undoubtedly spiritual, is now lost. Rings of this type have been found along the route to the Holy Land, and pilgrim badges are commonly found in England. After Viking settlements were established, something under half of English soil was still occupied by Anglo Saxons who frequently fought the Vikings. All payment plans are extended as a courtesy to our customers with no interest or fees.
It's important that the payment schedule be followed. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of final payment.
