See Swords and Blades of the American Revolution, Neumann, 109.PA for an American made copy dated C.1775-80. Medially ridge leaf shaped point with screw base and ball tipped cross bar. Banded conical socket with short cheek straps. 82 ¼” length with the butt inlet for an iron base shoe, probably removed for later ceremonial use on a wood floor, establishing its original length at 84”. Untouched with uniform good age character.
