Fairly contemporary but having seen some service. Plated hilt with Columbus head pommel and black japanned grip. 27” straight unedged blade with bold KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS on gold ground. Reverse with panel of mystical symbols. Plated scabbard with relief decorated mounts. The plastic throat liner chipped, otherwise excellent throughout. Showy wall decor and a good starter sword.
