forged 7 blade. The field offset in two planes at the medial, each
with the edge raised to the plain of the opposite side. Each edge of
recurved profile with the distinct Tetela barb terminals. Four
decorative perforations to the center. Both sides with original black
forged finish throughout, just a little spotty age rusting mixed in.
Wood hilt with fine rich glossy patina. One of the most distinct forms
of Congolese edged weapons.
